All products are provided with the manufacturers warranty, typically one year unless otherwise stated in the product description. Whilst we make every effort to represent our goods accurately online this is done on a best possible basis and we understand some customers buying without having first seen the product may wish to change their mind.
Changed your mind?
Distance Selling Regulations allow you to return any product for any reason up to fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Providing goods are returned in a fully resaleable condition with intact packaging then we will issue you a full refund including your original postage. If goods are returned in a state which is not deemed fit for resale, or the packaging is seriously damaged we reserve the right to make a small and fair charge to cover repackaging - If this is the case we will take photographs upon receipt and contact you as appropriate. Please note it is your responsibility to return the goods to us safely, and we always recommend a tracked service.
Whilst we strive to ensure all our products are both sent and delivered in pristine 'as expected' condition, there is always a chance that due to manufaturing issues and/or the delivery process that goods may arrive damaged or inoperable. In such cases we ask you contact our technical support at firstname.lastname@example.org to establish that its not a case of misuse, and from there we will arrange a collection and replacement as necessary. If we believe the damage has been caused by a non-warranty issue we will photograph and quarantine the goods upon receipt and notify you accordingly. In the event of faulty or damaged items as a customer you may choose a refund or a replacement item as desired.
Please ensure you retain any packaging if goods are delivered damaged and report the damage within forty-eight (48) hours. We will usually advance replace an item (subject to stock) its an obvious courier mistake and then arrange to have the faulty goods collected.
Buying a birthday present, or a Christmas present and left it late in the day? We've all done it but sadly we cannot be held responsible for consequential damaged caused by product failure or delivery mistakes. If a product we supply doesn't arrive as expected we will do all we can to try and assist, and if when it does arrive its too late then as per the Distance Selling Regulations you may return it to us for a full refund. However, like all companies we rely on delivery contractors and some things are truly beyond our control.

Contact us at email@example.com or via our Contact Us page and we'll get it put right - If the product is within its warranty period we'll usually handle the returns process for you, but we reserve the right, particularly on tech items, to go through whatever standard repair processes are offered during the warranty period and liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf
